Present,

The King’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

His Majesty, in pursuance of paragraph 4(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Charities Act 2011( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Exempt Charities Order 2023 and shall come into force on 15th June 2023.

2. AECC University College is hereby declared to be an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 2011.
