The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 188(3) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2024.

Provision coming into force on 27th November 2024

2.Paragraph 17 of Schedule 2 to the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (effect of referring proposals to adjudicator) comes into force on 27th November 2024.
