TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 207A(6) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992( 1 ).

In accordance with section 207A(9) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

Citation, commencement and extent

1. β€”(1) This Order may be cited as the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (Amendment of Schedule A2) Order 2024 and comes into force on 20th January 2025.

(2 ) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

Amendment of Schedule A2 to the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992

2. In Schedule A2 to the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992( 2 ) (tribunal jurisdictions to which section 207A applies), after the entry for section 146 insertβ€”

β€œ Section 189 of this Act (failure to follow consultation requirements) ” .
