The Down Syndrome Act 2022 (Commencement) Regulations 2024

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 2(2) of the Down Syndrome Act 2022( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Down Syndrome Act 2022 (Commencement) Regulations 2024.

Commencement

2. The provisions of the Down Syndrome Act 2022 come into force on 18th March 2024.
