The Ivory Act 2018 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2024

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 43(1) of the Ivory Act 2018( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Ivory Act 2018 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2024.

Provision coming into force

2.Section 37 of the Ivory Act 2018 (meaning of “ ivory ”) comes into force, insofar as it is not already in force, on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
