Present,

The King's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

His Majesty, in pursuance of section 63(3)(b) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to make the following Order:

Citation, commencement and extent

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Sanctions (Isle of Man) (Revocations) Order 2024 and comes into force on 3rd October 2024.

(2) This Order extends to the Isle of Man.

Revocations

2. The following Orders are revoked—

(a) the Global Human Rights Sanctions (Isle of Man) Order 2020( 2 );

(b) the Global Anti-Corruption Sanctions (Isle of Man) Order 2021( 3 );

(c) the Myanmar (Sanctions) (Isle of Man) Order 2021( 4 );

(d) the Haiti (Sanctions) (Isle of Man) Order 2022( 5 );

(e) the Iran (Sanctions) (Isle of Man) Order 2023( 6 ); and

(f) the Haiti (Sanctions) (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2023( 7 ).
