The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3A(1), (1A), (3), 4 and 4A of the Ministry of Defence Police Act 1987(1).

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Ministry of Defence Police (Conduct, Performance and Appeals Tribunals) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 28th December 2025.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Amendment of the Ministry of Defence Police (Conduct, Performance and Appeals Tribunals) (Amendment) Regulations 2025

2.—(1) The Ministry of Defence Police (Conduct, Performance and Appeals Tribunals) (Amendment) Regulations 2025(2) are amended in accordance with this regulation.

(2) Parts 2, 3 and 4 are revoked.

(3) Regulations 72 and 73 are revoked.

(4) Regulation 75 is revoked, except the definition “Head of HR”.

(5) Regulations 76 and 77(1) and (2) are revoked.
