House of Commons Members’ Fund Resolution 2025

Resolution of the House of Commons, dated 4 March 2025, passed in pursuance of the House of Commons Members’ Fund Act 2016(1).

Resolved, That—

(1) the sum to be deducted from the salaries of Members of the House of Commons in pursuance of section 4(1) and (2) of the House of Commons Members’ Fund Act 2016 shall be 0.03% of the salary of each Member of the House of Commons; and

(2) that sum shall be deducted from the beginning of the financial year starting on 1 April 2025 and for each subsequent financial year thereafter (subject to any further resolution of the House of Commons under section 4(2) of the House of Commons Members’ Fund Act 2016).
