The National Security Act 2023 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2025

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 100(1) of the National Security Act 2023(1).

Citation and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Security Act 2023 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Part 4 of the National Security Act 2023

2. Part 4 of the National Security Act 2023 (foreign activities and foreign influence registration scheme) comes into force on 1st July 2025.
