The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 17(2) of the Arbitration Act 2025(1).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Arbitration Act 2025 (Commencement) Regulations 2025.

Provision coming into force on 1st August 2025

2. The Arbitration Act 2025 comes into force on 1st August 2025 to the extent that it is not already in force(2).
