The Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022 (Commencement No. 3) (England) Regulations 2025

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(3) of the Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022(1).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022 (Commencement No. 3) (England) Regulations 2025.

Provision coming into force on 1st September 2025

2. Section 17 of the Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022 (initial teacher training for further education) comes into force on 1st September 2025.
