The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 7(2) of the Armed Forces Commissioner Act 2025(1).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Armed Forces Commissioner Act 2025 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2026.

Provisions coming into force on 3rd November 2026

2. The following provisions of the Armed Forces Commissioner Act 2025 come into force on 3rd November 2026—

(a)section 3 (procedure for making service complaints);

(b)Schedule 2 (consequential amendments), so far as it is not already in force.
