The Humber Bridge Act 1959 (Amendment) Order 2026

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 6(1)(e) of the Humber Bridge Act 1959(1).

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Humber Bridge Act 1959 (Amendment) Order 2026.

(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Amendment of the Humber Bridge Act 1959

2. In section 6(1)(e) of the Humber Bridge Act 1959, for “Humber Local Enterprise Partnership” substitute “Hull and East Yorkshire Combined Authority and Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority”.
