The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 37(2)(b) of the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025(1).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2026.

Provisions coming into force on 15th June 2026

2. The following provisions of the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 come into force on 15th June 2026—

(a)Section 12(2) and (3) (Security Industry Authority guidance and advice), except subsection (2)(c);

(b)Section 18(5) to (7) (statement about qualifying worldwide revenue).
