The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 250(2) of the Housing Act 2004(1).

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2026.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 21st June 2026.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Amendment of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2026

2. In regulation 10 (transitional provision: inspections) of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2026(2), for “22nd June” substitute “23rd June”.
