The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 238 (1) (c) and 241 (3) (c) of the Enterprise Act 2002(1).

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 9 Restrictions on Disclosure of Information) (Specification) Order 2026.

(2) This Order comes into force on 17th July 2026.

(3) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Specified subordinate legislation

2. The Motor Fuel Price (Open Data) Regulations 2025(2) are specified for the purposes of sections 238 (1) (c) and 241 (3) (c) of the Enterprise Act 2002.
