The Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Revocation) Order 2026

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the Pensions Act 2004(1).

The Pensions Regulator consents to the making of this Order as required by section 92(2) of that Act.

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Revocation) Order 2026.

(2) This Order comes into force on 31st July 2026.

(3) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

Revocation of Code of Practice

2. The Pensions Regulator’s Code of Practice: Authorisation and supervision of collective defined contribution schemes(2) is revoked with effect from 31st July 2026.
