The Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2026

The Lord Chancellor makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 (4) and (5) of the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022(1).

Citation and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2026.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Commencement

2. Paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (online procedure: amendments), and section 31 of that Act (amendments of other legislation) in so far as it relates to that paragraph, come into force on the day on which the Online Procedure (Rules and Practice Directions) Rules 2026(2) come into force.
