The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) (Amendment) Regulations 2005

These Regulations amend the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001 (“the principal regulations”), replacing the reference to the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority with a reference to the Pensions Regulator. Regulations 2(2)(b) and 2(3)(b) amend the principal regulations in order to set out the functions for which information may be disclosed.
