The Biofuel (Labelling) (Amendment) Regulations 2005

These Regulations correct defects in the Biofuel (Labelling) Regulations 2004 (S.I. 2004/3349) (“the 2004 Regulations”), and are being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Regulations.
