This Order authorises a modification to the Awards for All (England) joint scheme to extend the duration of the scheme to 31st March 2006, to increase the maximum amount of grants under the scheme from £5,000 to £10,000 and to vary the proportions in which the money to be distributed under the scheme is attributable to the participating bodies. The scheme is contained in the agreement entered into on 6th March 2002 and modified by the agreements entered into on 3rd March 2003, 1st March 2004 and 8th February 2005.
