This Order establishes a further education corporation called “Central Sussex College” under section 16(1) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 for the purpose of conducting the educational institution called by the same name. It appoints 1st August 2005 as the operative date for the purposes of Part 1 of that Act, being the date from which the FE Corporation shall operate the College.
