The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(1)(a) and 17(2) of the Energy Act 1976( 1 ), there being in force an Order in Council ( 2 ) under section 3 of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:—

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Liquid and Gaseous Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) (No. 5) (Revocation) Order 2000 and shall come into force at 5.00 p.m. on 29th September 2000.

(2)The Liquid and Gaseous Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) (No. 5) Order 2000( 3 ) is hereby revoked.
