The Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2001

The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 275(1) and (2) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:—

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2001.

Provisions coming into force in England

2. The provisions of the Transport Act 2000 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 26th October 2001 as respects England.
