TRANSPORT
The Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2001

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 275(1) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:—
Citation and interpretation
1. This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2001.
Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2001
2. The following provisions of the Transport Act 2000 shall come into force on 1st April 2001—
-
save for section 3, Part I to the extent it is not already in force, and
-
section 274, in so far as it relates to the entries in Part I of Schedule 31.
