The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973( 1 ) and by virtue of the Department of Transport (Fees) Order 1988( 2 ), and in exercise of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:β
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.
Increases in fees
2. In regulation 3 of the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) Regulations 1986( 3 ) for βΒ£251β there shall be substituted βΒ£259β and for βΒ£102β there shall be substituted βΒ£105β.
