The Air Navigation (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 47(1) of the Air Navigation Order 2000( 1 ) hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 10th June 2003.

2. The Air Navigation (General) Regulations 1993( 2 ) shall be amended as follows.

3. In regulation 18(2) for β€œN2700.00 W02500.00” substitute the following:

S.I. 2000/1562 as amended by S.I. 2001/397 and 2002/1628 . The expression β€œprescribed” in article 36 is defined in article 129(1) of the Air Navigation Order 2000. The power enabling that Order to authorise the Secretary of State to make regulations is set out in paragraph 3 of Part III of Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (c. 16) .
