The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(1) and 67 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995( 1 ), and after consultation with such representative organisations as he thinks fit in accordance with section 45(4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 30th August 2004.

Increases in fees

2. —(1)The Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations 2000( 2 ) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table below for the amounts specified in column (2) there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column (3).
