The Lord Chancellor and the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 13(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992( 1 ), hereby make the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Tribunals and Inquiries (Bus Lane Adjudicators) (England) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st November 2005.

Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992

2. In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, after paragraph 40(c) there shall be inserted—

;

(d) a bus lane adjudicator appointed in relation to England by virtue of regulations made under section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 ( 2 ) .
