The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 20th July 2006.

Amendment to the Films Co-production Agreements Order 1985

2. The Films Co-Production Agreements Order 1985( 2 ) shall be amended by substituting for the Schedule the following—

(c) the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 1991( 5 );

(d) the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 1993( 6 );

(e) the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 1994( 7 );

(f) the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2000( 8 ).

1985 c. 21 . Paragraph 4(5) was repealed and re-enacted as paragraph 4(7) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985 by S.I. 1999/2386 . Paragraph 4(7) was repealed and re-enacted as paragraph 4(5) by the Films (Definition of “British Film”) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/643 ).
