The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2006

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 8B(5) of the Immigration Act 1971( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 13th December 2006.

2. For the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000( 2 ) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.

3. The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2005( 3 ) is revoked.
