The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 326 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000( 1 ), make the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) (Amendment) Order 2006 and comes into force on 10th February 2006.

Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) Order 2001

2. —(1)Article 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) Order 2001( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) After paragraph (i) insert—
