The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 355(1) and 358(1) and (2) of the Gambling Act 2005( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2007.

Amendment of the Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2006

2. —(1)The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No.6 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2006( 2 ) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In article 2—

(a) omit paragraph (3); and

(b) in paragraph (4), after “apart from” insert “section 89(2) and (3), section 245 and”.

(3) Schedule 3 is omitted.
