Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st August 2007.
Amendment to the Films Co-Production Agreements Order 1985
2.The Films Co-Production Agreements Order 1985( 2 ) shall be amended by substituting for the Schedule the following—

Revocation
3.The Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2006( 3 ) is revoked.
