The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This order may be cited as the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 1st August 2008.

Amendment to the Film Co-Production Agreements Order 1985

2.The Films Co-Production Agreements Order 1985( 2 ) shall be amended by substituting for the schedule the following–
