The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25(1)(b) of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988( 1 ), makes the following Regulations.

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 12th September 2008.

Dangerous Goods

2. In regulation 5(1) of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1998( 2 ), for “the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic”, 13th Edition issued in 2005” there shall be substituted “the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic”, 14th Edition issued in 2007”.
