The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(4) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ).

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Aerodromes (Designation) (Chargeable Air Services) (Amendment) Order 2008 and comes into force on 1st April 2008.

(2) In this Order—

2001 Order” means the Aerodromes (Designation) (Chargeable Air Services) Order 2001( 2 ).

Amendment of the 2001 Order

2. The 2001 Order is amended by omitting from the Schedule to that Order “London Heathrow”, “London Gatwick” and “London Stansted”.
