The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2009

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by article 70(1) of the Air Navigation Order 2005( 1 ).
Citation and commencement
Amendment of Regulations
“ ‘Technical Instructions’ means the 2009–2010 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, as amended by Addendum No. 2/Corrigendum No. 1 dated 19th February 2009 and Addendum No. 3/Corrigendum No. 2 dated 24th March 2009, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation ( 3 ) ; ” .
Revocation
3. The following Regulations are revoked—
(a) the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2004( 4 );
(b) the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2005( 5 );
(c) the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2006( 6 );
(d) the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2007( 7 );
(e) the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007( 8 );
(f) the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2008( 9 ); and
(g) the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008( 10 ).
