The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(4) of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Authorisations Extending to Scotland) (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 1 st February 2010.

2. In the Schedule to the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Authorisations Extending to Scotland) Order 2007 ( 2 ) for “The Immigration Service” there is substituted “The UK Border Agency”.
