The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999( 1 ).

Citation and Commencement

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 2011.

(2) This Order comes into force on 14th July 2011.

Amendment to the Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) Order 2003

2. —(1) The Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) Order 2003( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1( 3 ) after “Vietnam” insert “Yemen”.
