The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2011

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8B(5) of the Immigration Act 1971( 1 ):

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 28th February 2011.

2. At the end of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000( 2 ) add โ€œResolution 1970(2011) of 26th February 2011 (Libya).โ€.
