The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 6 and 7 of the Export Control Act 2002( 1 ), makes the following Order:
Citation, commencement and expiration
1. β(1) This Order may be cited as the Export Control (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2011.
(2) It comes into force at 7 p.m. on 2nd March 2011.
(3) It ceases to have effect on 1st March 2012.
Revocation
2.The Export Control (Amendment) Order 2011 is revoked ( 2 ).
Amendments related to Libyan bank notes and coins
3. β(1)The Export Control Order 2008( 3 ) is amended as follows.
(2) After article 4A insertβ
β Movement of Libyan bank notes and coins
4B. Subject to article 26, no person shall export unissued Libyan bank notes or unissued Libyan coins. β .
(3) In paragraphs (1)(a)(i) and (2)(a) of article 41 (application of CEMA in respect of offences), after β4A,β insert β4B,β.
