The Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012

The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(3) of the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.

Commencement of provisions

2. Sections 1 and 2 of the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 come into force on 31st January 2013.
