Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st July 2014.
Amendment of the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010
2. —(1) The table at paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 (declaration of conformity) to the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010( 3 ) is amended as follows.
(2) For the entry relating to electrical and electronic household and office equipment at item 2 substitute—
| “ 2 | Electrical and electronic household and office equipment | Commission Regulation (EC) No 1275/2008 implementing ( Directive 2009/125/EC 4 ) of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for standby and off mode, and networked standby, electric power consumption of electrical and electronic household and office equipment ( 5 ) ” |
(3) For the entry relating to a television at item 6 substitute—
| “ 6 | A television | Commission Regulation (EC) No 642/2009 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for televisions ( 6 ) ” |
(4) After item 17 insert—
| “ 18 | A computer or a computer server | Commission Regulation ( EU ) No 617/2013 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for computers and computer servers ( 7 ) |
| 19 | A vacuum cleaner | Commission Regulation (EU) No 666/2013 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for vacuum cleaners ( 8 ) |
| 20 | A water heater or a hot water storage tank | Commission Regulation (EU) No 814/2013 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for water heaters and hot water storage tanks ( 9 ) |

Amendment of the Energy Information Regulations 2011
3. —(1) The table at Schedule 1 (EU measures) of the Energy Information Regulations 2011( 12 ) is amended as follows.
(2) After the entry relating to Electrical lamps and luminaires insert—

Commission Regulation (EC) No 1275/2008 originally implemented Directive 2005/32/EC , however that Directive was repealed by Article 24 of Directive 2009/125/EC , which provides that all references to Directive 2005/32/EC are to be construed as references to Directive 2009/125/EC .
