The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 128(2) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and extent

1. β€”(1) This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 26th March 2014.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.

Amendment of Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007

2. β€”(1)The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2(1)(g), for β€œthe sites described in paragraphs (2) to (14)” substitute β€œthe sites described in paragraphs (2), (3) and (5) to (14).”

(3) Omit article 2(4) and Schedule 3.
