The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 306 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012( 1 ).
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2016.
Commencement of provisions
2. The day appointed for the coming into force( 2 ) of section 223(4) of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 is 1st day of February 2016.
