The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations( 1 ) in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3), 41(1) to 41(3) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012( 2 ).

Citation and commencement

(2) In paragraph 2(7) (application)( 4 ), in both places it appears, for “10,000” substitute “6,000”.

(3) For the tables following paragraph 8(2) (table of final fees in cracked trials and table of final fees in guilty pleas)( 5 ) substitute the following—
