The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement I1

1. This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Dyson Technical Training Limited) Order 2020 and shall come into force on 1st September 2021.

Competence to grant awards

[F1 2. Dyson Technical Training Limited (registered company number 10701273) is authorised to grant taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(a) of the said Act. F1]

[F1 3. The authorisation in article 2 is for a fixed term beginning on 1st September 2024 and expiring on 30th November 2027. F1]

[F1 4. Dyson Technical Training Limited may authorise other institutions to grant such awards as specified in article 2 of this Order on its behalf. F1]
