The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 123(4)(a) of the Education Act 2002( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the School Teachers’ Incentive Payments (England) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into force on 1st September 2020.

Amendment of the School Teachers’ Incentive Payments (England) Order 2019

2. —(1)The School Teachers’ Incentive Payments (England) Order 2019( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2(2) (incentive payments to school teachers) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

“ (a) the Early-Career Payments Pilot, ” .
