The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 45(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Warwickshire College) Order of Council 2014 (Amendment) Order 2020 and shall come into force on 1st September 2020.

Variation of Power to Award Degrees etc. (Warwickshire College) Order of Council 2014

2. —(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Warwickshire College) Order of Council 2014 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) For paragraph 2, substitute—

“ 2. Warwickshire College shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph 2A of section 76 of the said Act for a fixed seven- year term beginning on 1st September 2014 and expiring on 31st August 2021. ”
